HUGE 3 bedroom 2 story house located on the University Of Delaware Campus. Within walking distance to all classes and on the bus route. HUGE bedrooms and 2 full bath(one is huge.) Room enough for 6 to live comfortably. Plenty of parking, room enough for 7-8. Back yard, basement, attic, and huge kitchen. Washer/dryer and central air included. We had roomates get into a serious accident and can no longer afford rent. We are Looking for someone to take over lease through June and stay if they would like. We had to reserve this house for a year! They are hard to find. You wont find one nicer and in better condition once you look. Rent is $1,700 a month plus utilities.
